Eye Foundation from 1984 to the present...

Visitor and Companion Rules

We provide eye health services at high quality standards based on ethical values, human and human health. We support social responsibility projects and contribute to the society by developing awareness of sensitivity with the foundation service approach.

COMPANION POLICY:

  • Companions will follow all hospital regulations. The accompanying status of the person in question is unacceptable in cases of violation. But if the doctor determines that the patient needs to be accompanied, it is accepted with the chief doctor of the hospital's consent.
  • The patient cannot have any applications done for them by companions (aside from those directed by the doctor and nurse).
  • The staff members keep the hospital equipment and supplies organized and spotless, and any visitors who damage hospital property must pay for the damage.
  • Patients and their family members must refrain from speaking aloud and making noise in the patient room and service corridors in order to ensure that you, the patient, have a calm environment. Additionally, you should make sure not to disturb other people when using the televisions in your rooms.
  • The change in companions is communicated to service nurses.
  • Without the permission of the relevant doctor or nurse, companions are not permitted to transfer their patients from the hospital or change their beds.
  • Alcohol and tobacco use are not permitted in the hospital by visitors. Use will result in the appropriate criminal penalty being applied.
  • Without first speaking to the doctor or nurse, companions are not allowed to bring food or drink to the patient or give it to them.
  • In order to respect staff and other patients, companions must refrain from speaking aloud in patient rooms and hallways.

VISITOR POLICY:

  • Our hospital's visiting hours are between 10:00 and 18:00 on weekdays and weekends.
  • Outside of these hours, companions are not permitted in order to preserve hospital order. I appreciate your patience in this matter.
  • No visitors under the age of 16 should be brought.
  • Visitors may give gifts to patients, such as magazines and books.
  • Please refrain from bringing food, drink, or live flowers.
  • Smoking is not allowed.
  • Sitting on the beds is not allowed.
  • The visit should be brief.
  • Avoid leaving behind trash.
  • Observe the staff's instructions.
  • Please complete the patient satisfaction survey and submit your positive and negative feedback to the box designated for complaints and suggestions.
  • Take action while keeping in mind that you will one day be a patient there.
