In accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("Law No. 6698"), your personal data is processed by Private Eye Light Protection Foundation Bayrampaşa Eye Hospital ("Company") as the data controller within the scope described below.

• Purpose of Processing Personal Data

Your personal data is processed when you connect to the internet using the guest wireless network during your visit to our hospital for the purpose of providing information to authorised persons, institutions and organisations and carrying out activities in accordance with the legislation.

• To whom and for what purpose the processed personal data can be transferred

As a rule, your collected personal data is not shared with any third party or institution. However, in the event of a possible investigation, your personal data may be shared with other legally authorised institutions and organisations such as the Police / Law Enforcement Forces or the Chief Public Prosecutor's Office in order to fulfil our legal obligation upon request.

• Personal data processed, method and legal reason for data collection

When you access the internet using the guest network of our hospital based on the legal reason that it is expressly stipulated in the laws in Article 5/2 (a) of Law No. 6698, your IP address, TR Identity Number, Mobile Phone Number, the pages you visit on the internet are processed by automatic methods within the scope of the Law No. 5651 on "Regulation of Publications Made on the Internet and Combating Crimes Committed through These Publications".

• Your Rights Regarding Your Personal Data

Applying to our Company as a data subject;

• Learning whether your personal data is being processed,
• Request information if your personal data has been processed,
• Learning the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
• To know the third parties in the country or abroad to whom your personal data are transferred,
• In case your personal data is incomplete or incorrectly processed, to request correction of these and to request notification of the transactions made within this scope to third parties to whom your personal data is transferred,
• Despite the fact that it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of the Law and other relevant laws, in the event that the reasons requiring its processing disappear, to request the deletion or destruction of your personal data and to request notification of the transactions made within this scope to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
• Object to the occurrence of a result to your detriment by analysing your processed data exclusively through automated systems,

In case your personal data is damaged due to the processing of your personal data in violation of the Law, you have the right to demand the compensation of the damage.

If you submit your requests regarding the rights listed above to our Company via e-mail at gozvakfi@hs03.kep.tr or info@gozvakfi.com.tr  or in accordance with other application procedures stipulated in the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, we will finalise your request free of charge as soon as possible and within 30 (thirty) days at the latest, depending on its nature. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged.
