How Do We Ensure the Security of Your Information?

There are three fundamental reasons why our organizations are concerned about information security:

Privacy.

Information integrity.

Accessibility by authorized persons.

To maintain the integrity of all types of data required for the support and upkeep of the services we offer to patients who apply to our institutions, to archive them in accordance with the law, and to stop their sharing with parties other than the medical staff performing the diagnosis and treatment;

  • Hardware and software requirements have been established.
  • Resources have been set aside to ensure the ongoing availability of the used software and hardware.
  • Our staff has received training on what must be done to protect patient information, and their employment contracts have been written to spell out their obligations.
  • The necessary infrastructure has been identified, and the accountable individuals have been identified, in order to back up all the data in our institution.
  • The Hospital Information Management System used in our institutions places restrictions on all access operations (reading, changing, deleting, and adding) based on authorization rating.
  • Only our patients, their relatives who have provided written consent (along with a notarized statement from the data owner or the notary public), the pertinent public institutions and organizations operating within the parameters of applicable health legislation, and the appropriate judicial authorities in judicial cases are granted access to patient files and information.
