Visitor and Companion Rules

Companion and visitor rules in force at our hospitals, visiting hours, and the core conduct principles that support a positive course of treatment.

PATIENTS AND RELATIVES

Companion Rules

For a healthy course of treatment, we kindly ask our patients and their companions to observe the following rules.

  1. Companions must comply with hospital rules. Companion status will not be granted in cases of non-compliance.
  2. Companions may not intervene with the patient outside the directions of medical personnel.
  3. Companions must keep hospital property clean and tidy; any companion who damages hospital property is responsible for the cost.
  4. Patients and their companions must maintain a quiet environment; loud talking and noise are prohibited.
  5. Any change of companion must be reported to the ward nurses.
  6. Companions may not take the patient out of the hospital or change the patient’s bed without the instruction of the attending physician or nurse.
  7. Companions may not use tobacco or alcoholic substances within the hospital.
  8. Food and drink may not be brought in from outside; nothing may be given to the patient without the approval of a physician or nurse.
  9. Quiet conduct in patient rooms and corridors is required.

Visiting Hours 10:00 – 18:00 Weekdays and weekends

To support the swift recovery of our patients and the comfort of all those receiving care, please observe the following rules.

  1. Please do not bring children aged 0–16 to visits.
  2. You may bring magazines and books as gifts.
  3. Fresh flowers, food and drink may not be brought in.
  4. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the hospital.
  5. Please do not sit on patient beds.
  6. Please keep your visit brief.
  7. Please observe waste-disposal practices.
  8. Please follow the instructions of staff on duty.
  9. You may complete the Patient Satisfaction Survey to share feedback.
NOTE: The rules may be amended by the Management when necessary.
