The Eye Foundation Bayrampaşa Eye Hospital celebrated the 100th anniversary of Maritime and Cabotage Day — one of the most important turning points in our country’s maritime history — with a meaningful photography and philately exhibition.
Created from a special photographic archive made available to the Eye Foundation by the Turkish Naval Forces Command, the exhibition “A Century of Sovereignty in Our Seas” revealed the deep-rooted past of Turkish maritime history, its strength at sea and its maritime culture.
