Hosted by the Eye Foundation and organised to keep alive the meaning and importance of 19 May Commemoration of Atatürk, Youth and Sports Day and the 29 May Conquest of İstanbul, the special philately exhibition brought together lovers of art, history and collecting on 13 May.
Dedicated to two important turning points in Turkish history, the exhibition presented distinguished philatelic collections built up with great care over the years by the collectors Muzaffer Arda and Süreyya Erişkin.
